       At about 6:30 A.M. I travelled about 20 minutes on Possum Kingdom lake to reach the state park area of a lake. When I had been to that side recently to fish, This spot had became my favorite fishing hole. The creek is lined with gravel and rock so I can practically see everything in the water. It is absolutely the most peaceful place I can think of.   It was about 55 degrees outside with no wind with an overcast. I came to this creek today not to fish but to travel up the creek and experience the beauty that had surrounded me.      Anger management is something we all joke about whenever we get mad. But what happens when a sudden burst of rage overcomes you and all you an see is red? This was the case for Jason, a man who would be diagnosed with Interment Explosive Disorder, an impulse control disorder that is described as "explosive outbursts of anger and violence". Jason hurt a man one day when he started to talk bad about his family. I asked the participants the two series of words how many words from each list that they could remember. The average between the two was about 7 words from each. When I asked if all of these were correct 1 out of the 2 had gotten a couple of the words wrong. This is due to each set of words being in the same categories. the Second participant stated "I figured it was all medical stuff so it had there had to be doctor on there" while the other did not. It didn't really strike him until I showed them the video where a woman wrongly accused a man of rape but in her head believed she was 100% straight. She had also said that while the man was raping her she tried to focus on any detail she could in order to find this man. This is how the wrong man was convicted due to the fact that the men had the same facial features. After having to look back and see who in my life had influenced me into who I am, I found it very interesting that these were the 4 people who came up. My dad and grandpa were of to no surprise but as for my high school coach and one of my best friends, it is humbling as well as crazy to think that I never would have thought that my friend and coach would have had such an impact on me.      The present was of to no surprise and these 2 attributes are the reason I'm at Hardin Simmons in the first place. I'm Just really happy it is what i thought it would be and more important the effect it has on me is everything i could as for.      Until I saw my past in detail, it gave me a clear view of how my future can pan out as well as the deciding factors on the reason I want to become a Football coach as well as a mentor to younger kids.

In this case I got first hand experience of how it effects on of my friends who has been dipping tobacco, which contains nicotine ,for about 5 years. In this I asked him about symptoms that come from dipping as well as symptoms of when he tried to quit. It's insane how average this is among many of my friends as well as people I see in everyday life. In the interview you can see that the symptoms that come with this are real and do have an effect on everyday life.
